Warranty

WARRANTY POLICY

The following warranty policy came into force on June 01, 2020. Technovector Inc warrants new equipment to be free from defects in materials and quality under normal conditions of use for 1 (One) year from the date of installation by an authorized representative of Technovector Inc., except for:

All circuit boards are warranted for a period of 3 (Three) years.

Power supplies are warranted for a period of three 3 (Three) years.

Transducers are warranted for a period of three 3 (Three) years.

Normal wear items are not covered with the exception of batteries, which are covered for a period of 1 (One) year.

If parts are installed in a machine that is still within the original warranty, the parts are warranted for the duration of the original equipment warranty or 6 (Six) months from the date of the part’s installation, whichever is longer.

If parts are installed in a machine on which the warranty has expired, the parts are warranted for 6 (Six) months from the date of the part’s installation.

The warranty must be carried out by repair or replacement, at the option of Technovector, of any defective parts, free of charge, but not including labor. The defective part must be shipped to Technovector with advance payment of transport costs. The repaired or replaced part will be returned with transport charges to the recipient.

This warranty extends only to the original end-user purchaser and is not assignable or transferable either voluntarily or by operation of law. The warranty does not apply to:

Any equipment that has been misused or remodeled.

Accident or exposure to water, wet snow, snow, mud, or spoilage due to environmental conditions.

Use outside of rated voltages.

Implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose of any products, exceeding in duration the above-expressed warranty applicable to such product.

Repair or damage or increase in service time caused by accident, disaster, which shall include but not be limited to fire, flood, wind or lightning, collision with vehicles, transportation neglect, misuse, or alterations.

Repair or damage or increase in service time caused by the use of parts, supplies, or services not supplied by Technovector.

Normal use items include sensor cables and connectors, toe lines, bulbs, and fuses.

Technovector shall not be liable under any express or implied warranty or incidental or consequential damages. Consequential or incidental damages will include, without limitation, loss of use, income or profit, or loss of profit.
